About Us
The Lodge
The Timeless Lodge seats up to 350 guests. It creates the perfect romance between rustic and chic. The Grand Foyer greets you with a floor to ceiling stone fireplace. The main lodge hosts the original wood slab bar with updated operating taps and ice machine. The dance floor hosts floating wagon wheel chandeliers and ball lights throughout the solid wood rafters for that perfect romantic glow. A secondary room with additional stone fireplace hosts even more utilizable space.
Private Forested Outdoor Event Space
Cedarville Lodge is situated on 11 private acres enclosed by old growth Cedar trees. Strategically placed, you will find three optional ceremony sites, an outdoor dance floor and stage, outdoor bar, covered pavilion, play ground, and ample free parking!
Ceremony
There is no shortage of ceremony options! You have the option of using the stream site, forested site, or traditional site. We also ensure a backup plan is set to prevent unexpected weather.
Outdoor Events
The outdoor dance floor and stage with adjacent outdoor bar is a perfect location for outdoor reception! We also have a covered pavilion for optional covered area as well as a large open concert site.
Commercial Kitchen
Cedarville Lodge offers the use of our commercial kitchen including 3 gas range ovens/stove tops, 3 bay dish sink, 2 reach in refrigerators, and an ice machine. We also have no limitations to outside vendors and do not charge an outside catering fee!
Audio and Visual Equiptment
Included in rental is our updated Bluetooth surround sound system and projector screens. We also have no limitations to outside vendors if you wish you provide the band or DJ of your choice.
